Domestic & Commercial EPCs
ITD Consultants offer Energy Performance Certificates by fully qualified and accredited in-house energy assessors for both domestic and commercial properties. These EPCs can also be lodged by ITD Consultants with the appropriate Governing Body to allow full registration of the certificates.
The purpose of an EPC is to record how efficient a property is as a building. EPCs show the asset performance based on the building fabric and installed mechanical and electrical services, however it does not take into account how the occupier uses the building. EPCs are legally required when
