  • The conversion of an existing two-storey office building, together with the extension and construction of an additional two storeys to create 51no high-end residential apartments in the heart of Isleworth.
  • Full compliance with the London Plan Policy and the Hounslow Local Plan Policy, including production of an energy statement and assessment of the Be Lean, Be Clean, Be Green energy hierarchy.
  • BREEAM ‘very good’ energy targets achieved from the use of whole-house ventilation systems incorporating heat recovery ventilation, high-efficiency heating systems, LED lighting and a significant solar PV system consisting of approximately 140 panels producing up to 35.00kWp.
  • Design and specification of multiple smoke extract systems to provide forced mechanical extract to the landlocked communal corridors throughout the building to comply with BS9999 and BS9991, with accompanying natural AOVs for the stairwells.
  • The design and specification of a substantial network of ‘quick charging’ EVC (electric vehicle charging) stations for the residential apartments.
  • A sophisticated security system was designed to provide secure control of the pedestrian gate, vehicle gate, main entrance door, bike store and bin store to meet the strict requirements of the Secure By Design specification.
