- Full design of M&E services for multi-character space use
- Strip out of existing ‘shell and core’ services, reusing where possible
- 2400m2 containing two new restaurants serving Italian and Asian cuisine, a basement lounge bar and private rooms
- Central extract plant designed for combined extract rate of 7m3/s
- Bespoke lighting to capture the mood in each distinct space
- Custom-made fluorescent lighting in the Italian restaurant, giving illusion of daylight through slatted ceiling
